01 / Rental Equipment for Industrial Projects
From temporary site power to controlled bolting work, different operations call for different equipment configurations. Our rental enquiries cover eight product families, arranged into four straightforward categories.
01Temporary power solutions for industrial facilities, construction sites, maintenance activities and locations where a permanent electrical supply is unavailable or insufficient.
Generator selection depends on the connected load, starting current, operating duration and site conditions.
Specify for your enquiry: required kVA/kW, prime or standby duty, voltage, frequency, phase, fuel arrangements, noise limits and rental duration.
02Mobile lighting towers provide temporary illumination for night work, remote locations, outdoor maintenance and sites without a fixed lighting installation.
Self-powered models combine floodlights, a telescopic mast and an onboard diesel generator. Externally powered configurations require a separate electrical supply.
Specify for your enquiry: power source, LED output, required illuminated area, mast height, operating hours, wind conditions and transport access.
03Compressed-air equipment for pneumatic tools, maintenance and other industrial applications. Diesel-driven and electric configurations can be considered according to the site's available utilities and operating requirements.
Specify for your enquiry: required free air delivery (CFM or m³/min), working pressure (bar), air-quality requirement, power source, connection size and operating hours.
A 21-bar industrial compressor and a 300-bar high-pressure compressor are different equipment requirements; they must be quoted separately.
04Welding equipment for fabrication, installation and maintenance activities, with the machine and accessories selected for the welding process and site power conditions.
Specify for your enquiry: MMA, MIG/MAG or TIG process; required output current; duty cycle; input supply or engine drive; and cable/accessory requirements.
A welding generator is not automatically suitable for hazardous-area use. The site classification and hot-work controls must be assessed separately.
05Winching equipment for controlled pulling and positioning operations. Electric and hydraulic drive options can be reviewed against the required line pull, rope arrangement, available power and operating environment.
Specify for your enquiry: rated line pull, required rope length and diameter, line speed, drum capacity, mounting arrangement, braking requirements and duty.
Safety distinction: A winch rated for pulling is not automatically approved for suspended-load lifting. Lifting applications require an appropriately designed and documented lifting-duty winch.
06Controlled torque application for bolted joints during installation and maintenance.
Enquiry details: torque range (Nm), nut across-flats dimension, tool clearance, pump and hose set.
07Hydraulic tools that stretch a stud to support a specified bolt-tensioning procedure.
Enquiry details: stud diameter and thread, required tensioning load, available clearance, stroke and compatible pump.
08Tools for controlled separation of suitable flange joints during maintenance and component replacement.
Enquiry details: entry gap, required spread, spreading force, access clearance and pump/accessories.
